Derek A. Howard,

Derek was one of the founding partners of Howard & Kobelan and focused his practice in the area of employment law in Austin, Texas for over 40 years.  Throughout his career, he represented employees in the pursuit of discrimination and retaliation claims to help them secure the compensation and benefits they deserved.  Derek passed away in 2020, but the goals of the firm remain the same.  His son, Logan, has continued in his footsteps to carry on the firm name and continually strive to protect the rights of employees throughout Texas.
